Democrat Manka Dhingra defeats Republican Jinyoung Lee Englund in state Senate race
Democrat Manka Dhingra held a double-digit lead over Republican Jinyoung Englund Tuesday night for the 45th District state Senate seat. Dhingra had 55 percent of the vote Wednesday -- essentially the same percentage she held in Tuesday night's general election returns.
